On The Bold and the Beautiful the return of RJ has been everything but the exciting addition we needed.
What Happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

Just when we thought The Bold and the Beautiful was finding its rhythm with the new generation, someone decided to drag RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicolleti) back from whatever European café he was haunting. And honestly? They shouldn’t have bothered. I haven’t missed him since he left, and when he returned, I groaned. Loudly.
Since rolling back into Los Angeles this week and carefully hiding his face from all who wandered the corridors of Forester, RJ has proven one thing: he is utterly useless to the plot. Apparently we are supposed to care that he is “blindsided” by Will (Crew Morrow) dating Electra (Laneya Grace), but why would we? He spent months “finding himself” abroad, and apparently, he didn’t find a personality while he was there. The scenes of models in the corridor talking amongst each other in hushed whispers, “Is that him? Is he back?” Should have been, “Who does this clown think he is?”
The “Oxygen Thief” of Forrester Creations

To be quite honest, watching RJ try to insert himself into the business drama is painful. He brings nothing to the table, no grit, no edge, and certainly no “Ridge” DNA. He just, whines about loyalty while contributing zero actual work.
For real though, RJ is so exhausting to listen to that he should be required to carry around a small shrub or a potted plant at all times just to replace the oxygen he wastes while talking.
Go Back to Paris

We already have Will Spencer, who is giving us the corporate shark energy we crave. We have Electra bringing the mystery (the mystery being their house guest) We don’t need RJ moping around, acting like the world owes him a legacy just because his last name is Forrester. We already have someone moping around like their name is enough and people should be treating her with reverence, his mother Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).
The best thing RJ could do for the company (and for the viewers) is pack his bags, head back to Charles de Gaulle airport, and stay there. We didn’t miss him when he was gone, and we certainly don’t need him now. Can we please just have a new charcter, that isn’t related to anyone? Is that too much to ask?
