Katie Price’s turbulent housing saga has taken yet another unexpected turn — just days after she returned to the UK from Dubai, where she is understood to have quietly married and begun planning a permanent move abroad.

The 47-year-old star is now said to be required to vacate her £4,500-a-month rental home near Horsham, West Sussex, after neighbours allegedly complained that they “couldn’t take it anymore”.

Katie has only lived in the swanky new-build property for a matter of months, but locals claim the luxury home has already become a growing concern — with reports of overflowing bins, rubbish bags and household debris accumulating around the exterior.

“People Nearby Are Furious”

According to sources close to the situation, complaints from neighbouring residents were passed directly to the property owner, prompting the landlord to decide that Katie’s rental arrangement should come to an end.

One local told reporters:

“It’s a beautiful area and the houses are very close together. The mess is impossible to ignore. People nearby are furious — there’s real concern it’s going the same way as her old place.”

Images reportedly seen by neighbours show bin bags and clutter dumped near the rear of the three-bedroom barn conversion, spilling into shared sightlines and drawing uncomfortable comparisons to Katie’s infamous former Sussex mansion — dubbed the “Mucky Mansion” by locals.

Drone photographs are said to reveal just how close surrounding homes are, highlighting the stark contrast between the tidy neighbouring properties and the growing disorder around Katie’s rental.

Timing Raises Eyebrows

The latest housing setback comes at a striking moment in Katie’s personal life.

She has recently returned from Dubai, where she is believed to have quietly married her new husband, Lee Andrews, after a whirlwind romance — and where she has reportedly been exploring the possibility of relocating permanently.

Friends say the Middle East move represents a “clean slate” for the mum-of-five — a chance to step away from years of financial turmoil, public scrutiny and repeated housing instability in the UK.

Yet the timing of her latest housing trouble has raised eyebrows.

One insider remarked:

“She comes back from Dubai thinking about her future — and suddenly the past catches up with her again.”

Unfazed By The Chaos

Despite the upheaval at home, Katie is said to be largely unfazed by the situation.

Just days after returning to Britain, she was spotted at Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal, checking in business class for a flight back to Dubai — reportedly determined to reunite with her new husband and enjoy what friends describe as a honeymoon-style escape.

Dressed casually in a grey tracksuit and carrying two large pink suitcases, Katie appeared relaxed and upbeat as she browsed airport shops before boarding her Emirates flight.

Those close to her say she is focused firmly on the future — not the fallout.

A Pattern Of Housing Instability

Katie’s housing history has been marked by repeated disruption.

Her original Sussex mansion was sold in late 2024 after she was evicted by bailiffs amid mounting debts and a second bankruptcy declaration earlier that year.

The sprawling nine-bedroom property — purchased in 2014 for £1.35 million — later became notorious for disrepair, contamination warnings and mounting rubbish issues, before eventually being sold for £1.15 million. Katie reportedly received none of the proceeds, which went directly toward outstanding debts.

Following that eviction, she briefly moved into a £5,000-a-month Tudor-style rental — only to leave again within months.

Speaking previously on her podcast, Katie admitted she had been forced to move repeatedly as landlords decided to sell their properties.

“If This Is A Fresh Start…”

Now, as she prepares for yet another move — and sets her sights firmly on Dubai — questions remain over whether this chapter will truly mark a turning point.

As one local put it bluntly:

“If this is meant to be a fresh start, it doesn’t look like one.”

For now, however, Katie appears to be leaving the UK drama behind — choosing sunshine, newlywed bliss and a possible new life overseas, while her housing story at home quietly closes another chapter.
