Coronation Street brings the drama once again next week, as confirmed in our new spoiler videos, with a big shock in store for not one but two residents while the show’s resident schemer continues to plot against her sister.
Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) is in for quite the shock when he learns that dad Jim has made him his guarantor – and thus he’s being asked to pay a large debt!
And it’s not just Steve that’s in for a surprise as, over at Weatherfield Police Station, Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) makes a big discovery when Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) tasks him with a new case.
But just what has he found out? And who does said case involve? The jury is still out on that one but his face is quite the picture, implying it’s someone that he knows.
Elsewhere, Jodie Ramsey (Olivia Francis-Brown) is up to no good once again after listening to a number of the Street’s finest talk about Shona’s (Julia Goulding) marriage to David Platt (Jack P Shepherd).
During a pamper session, she devises the next phase of plan. But will she manage to enact it?

Monday February 23
Steve is left reeling when he learns that dad Jim has made him is guarantor, meaning that he’s responsible for £1,800 in unpaid rent.
Cassie is similarly taken aback and does her best to offer up some advice but as, Steve explains that his dad’s landlord isn’t someone you should really mess with, she realises just how serious this situation could prove to be.
Can Steve come up with a solution?

A pampering session gets underway in Audrey’s salon. As the conversation topic turns to baby Harper, Maria mentions how Shona has been the making of David, a comment which doesn’t go down too well with Jodie, who swiftly tries to change the subject.
But as Bethany invites her down to the other end of the salon to get her nails done, Jodie spots Shona’s wedding rings. The question is: just what is she intending to do with them?

At the station, Lisa gives Kit a case file, explaining that it’s in relation to a man that was found in the street with a head injury.
Kit’s face falls when he opens said file, though his connection to the victim remains unknown.
