General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 4, 2026, tease a big day in Carly’s house as Josslyn learns some surprising truths.
What to expect on General Hospital

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is stunned when the man she is pointing a gun at turns around and reveals himself as Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). The WSB has been trying to find him for months with no luck, yet somehow, he is in Carly’s (Laura Wright) attic. How can this be? Josslyn thinks he broke in until Carly returns home and is gobsmacked by the scene she finds.
That’s when the real fun begins. Josslyn demands to know why her mother is keeping an international fugitive in her attic. So, they take it to the kitchen to have it out. When Carly accuses Josslyn of lying to her face, does she reveal that she knows that her daughter is a WSB agent? That would certainly knock the wind out of Josslyn’s sails.
Jason’s busy day

While Carly argues with Josslyn, Jason (Steve Burton) argues with Jack (Chris McKenna) and tells him he is a man who can’t be trusted, which is stating the obvious. Jack voices his frustration, which only angers Jason even more. However, Jason also needs to be there for Britt (Kelly Thiebaud).
She is a mess after losing a patient she tried so hard to save. It’s the first patient she’s lost in a very long time and it’s affecting her more than it should. Jason comforts Britt, who knows she has to get it together so she can build some sort of weapon and help Lucas (Van Hansis) get his hands on her meds.
Brook Lynn and Chase plan

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) thinks she is the only person who can help Delilah’s baby and she might be right. Brook Lynn and Chase (Josh Swickard) know they have to find Delilah’s next of kin, so someone can take care of this preemie in the NICU who has nobody.
The couple makes a plan for the baby and their search. Nathan (Ryan Paevey) found her purse in the park, but he didn’t seem to find anything in it that would lead to Delilah’s family. Will they end up caring for the baby themselves?
