General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, March 10, 2026, tease trouble in the race to get Britt’s meds, as well as panic from Alexis at Willow’s request.
What to expect on General Hospital
Jason (Steve Burton) decides to leave Carly (Laura Wright) to solve her Valentin Cassadine problems and focus on his Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) problems. He doesn’t yet realize that it will lead them all to the same place, namely Wyndemere.
Britt and Jason meet in their little cabin hideaway, where they strategize their next steps. Britt tells Jason that she’s running out of time. Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will have the materials she needs to build whatever weapon the bad guys have her building, so she needs those meds before she becomes disposable.
Marco (Adrian Anchondo) is still working on getting the meds, but his task is easier said than done. Sidwell isn’t making it easy, but he tells Lucas (Van Hansis) that if it costs him his relationship with his father, so be it. Marco is going to get the job done.
Alexis pleads with Willow
After Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) shocks Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) by telling her that she wants Scout (Cosette Abinante) to move back home, Alexis does her best to convince Willow to change her mind. Willow is just following Sidwell’s orders. Will Alexis mention that she knows that Willow shot Drew? Shouldn’t that give her some leverage?
When Nina (Cynthia Watros) later visits Willow, she shocks her daughter. Nina is about to spill that she was the one who made sure the traffic cam footage of Willow near Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) house the night he was shot disappeared into the abyss.
Dangerous games
It was Jack (Chris McKenna) who made the footage disappear into the abyss, but he has bigger concerns as he fears Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) might go after Josslyn (Eden McCoy). Carly (Laura Wright) questions Jack about Cullum, but will he give her answers? Jack still thinks he can trust Carly, so he will soon be in for a major surprise.
Josslyn already got her surprise last week. Is that why she advises Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) not to go anywhere near her mother’s house? Little does Joss know that Danny is already aware that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is Carly’s house guest.
