Here is your General Hospital recap for Monday, March 9, 2026, when Jason walked in on a shocking scene and Willow took Sidwell’s orders.
What happened on General Hospital

Carly woke up in bed with Valentin. They both admitted that the night before had taken them by surprise. “It was a bit impulsive,” Valentin said, looking happy to have just slept in an actual bed. “Do we think it was a mistake?” he asked. Valentin believed it made a complicated situation more complicated, while Carly thought they were two consenting adults who did nothing wrong.
Carly offered Valentin breakfast before he asked her if she slept with him just to hurt Jack. “What if I said it were both? Would you care?” she asked as Valentin pulled her in for a kiss. That’s when Jason walked in and got an eyeful.
A panicked Carly told Jason to leave the room so they could at least get dressed. He did just that before Valentin spoke. “Well, if it wasn’t complicated before, it sure is now,” he said.
After they were dressed, Carly invited Jason in, so Jason told Valentin to get out. “I am not going anywhere unless Carly asks me to go,” Valentin asserted. So, Carly asked him to give her some time alone with Jason. Valentin promptly left so a frantic Jason could have his say.

Jason knew Carly had to be up to something because she had been too quiet after he blabbed Josslyn’s WSB secret. Carly said she had to do something, so she teamed up with Valentin. “Carly, you need to cut ties with him right now before he gets you killed,” Jason demanded.
Carly refused to get rid of Valentin. After all, she needed him. Carly turned the tables and accused Jason of being in “full-on savior mode” with Britt. Jason didn’t want to talk about and told Carly she was in way over her head. Carly didn’t care. She was still determined to get Josslyn out of the WSB.
Carly admitted to Jason that she was surprised that Josslyn still held such anger toward Sonny. “What if she never wants to leave the WSB? She put herself in danger because of my life choices. That’s my fault,” Carly said. Jason also took some responsibility and offered to help Carly with Josslyn. “You don’t need Valentin. Get rid of him,” he whispered.
Carly refused to get rid of Valentin. She told Jason to solve Britt’s problems and let her be. “For once, it won’t be Jason and Carly against the world,” she said. Jason assured her it would always be them against the world before the friends hugged it out.

Josslyn put a stop to her living room workout to greet Jack at her front door. “I just received an alarming piece of intel, and if it’s true, things got a whole lot more dangerous for you,” Jack warned.
He informed Josslyn that Britt told him that Cullum was working with Sidwell. Josslyn already knew this, but played dumb. Jack purged Josslyn’s file from the WSB database and ordered Josslyn to lie low. “If you’re so concerned about safety, isn’t it time that you broke up with my mother?” Joss asked.
Jack didn’t answer her and instead wondered if Sidwell and Cullum could have helped Valentin escape. Josslyn lied and told them it was possible. Josslyn brought the subject back to Jack breaking things off with Carly. “If Cullum is watching me, then any move I make could arouse suspicion,” Jack said as an excuse. “We’re just lucky he has no reason to think you’re involved so far.”
That’s when Joss confessed about her night with Cullum on Spoon Island during the blizzard. Jack nearly lost his mind when Joss also mentioned that Cullum caught Josslyn going through his coat, where she found cigarellos and Faison’s book about Anna.
Jack only seemed concerned about how Carly would feel if anything happened to Joss. “Says the man who recruited me,” Josslyn pointed out. “If I could change the past, I would,” Jack said. He admitted that he cared about Carly more than anyone he had ever known.
Later, when Josslyn was alone and was drying her hair after a shower, she found Valentin sitting on her couch. She immediately grabbed for her gun, but Valentin already had it. “I am just trying to protect my mother. If you leave town, we won’t have a problem,” Josslyn said.
Valentin warned Josslyn that if he abandoned Carly, she was in grave danger. He put down the gun and told her not to underestimate her enemies before leaving.

Willow opened her front door to find Sidwell standing there. “I understand you’ve received conflicting advice about accepting guidance from donors,” he said, making it clear that Willow was to only listen to him. Sidwell sat down as Willow told him how grateful she was for all his help.
“You have free rein to do whatever you want in office, as long as it doesn’t conflict with my interests,” he said. “I can already tell you’re much more of a reliable asset than he ever was.” However, Sidwell also wanted to talk about Scout.
Willow quickly took charge. “You misunderstand the nature of our agreement, Mr. Sidwell. My children, Scout included, are off limits,” she asserted. Sidwell explained that optics were everything, so Scout should be living with Willow. “Separating your poor husband from his only child makes you seem like the evil stepmother,” he noted.
After Sidwell left, Willow got Drew into the living room, sitting upright in a wheelchair as they waited for Alexis and Scout. When they arrived, Scout looked hesitantly at her dad and told him she missed him. Alexis told Scout she could ask Drew yes and no questions, so Scout asked the most logical question: “Daddy, are you okay?”
Drew blinked yes because he knew Morse code for SOS was not an option with Willow watching. Scout put a friendship bracelet on her dad’s wrist and held his hand while he looked in her eyes. Later, when Alexis and Willow had some time alone, Willow did as told and informed Alexis she wanted Scout back home.

Lulu brought Charlotte to Nina’s office for her first day as a Crimson intern. Charlotte did not seem thrilled with the idea and knew it was hatched to keep her out of trouble. However, she also kindly thanked Nina for the opportunity. Nina had Jacinda give Charlotte a tour while she spoke with Lulu. They both knew that Charlotte was playing them.
Nina changed the subject and told Lulu she was happy that Lulu and Nathan were seeing each other. She understood that Maxie had chosen Spinelli. “As long as you and Jay are happy, that’s all that matters,” Nina said to a smiling Lulu.
In the reception area, Charlotte had one important question for Jacinda: “How often do we get breaks?” she asked. Jacinda wasn’t sure how to answer that. Once Lulu was gone, Charlotte offered to take things to the mail room, but Jacinda brought her to Nina to see if she had a different assignment.
“Charlotte, I know you’re playing us and I love you way too much to let you get away with it,” Nina said. As Nina told Charlotte that she had taken advantage of Lulu’s trust, Charlotte remembered overhearing Nina and Jack. “Yeah, it’s awful when someone takes advantage of your trust and makes them question everything you know about that person.
In the reception area, Jacinda was surprised to see Kristina, who needed her help with the grand re-opening of Charlie’s. She needed something perfect to wear, so Jacinda suggested something she had seen in the sample closet. Jack then suddenly appeared and walked right into Nina’s office, where he found her talking to Charlotte. Nina asked Charlotte to leave so that she and Jack could talk.
Charlotte quickly said she was going to the ladies’ room and finally made her escape. When Kristina and Jacinda walked away, Charlotte returned and listened in on Nina and Jack’s conversation. “Nina, if that traffic cam footage resurfaces, everyone will know Willow shot Drew. She will lose her seat in Congress and her kids, so either you get Charlotte to tell you where her father is, or I blow up your daughter’s life,” Jack warned.

Nathan sat with Dante in his office and told him that they’d come up empty with the DNA sample from Delilah. In addition, no hotels in the area remember checking in a pregnant woman. Dante changed the subject to Nathan’s personal life and asked him how he was doing since Maxie had chosen Spinelli. Nathan said that he was fine.
After his chat with Dante, Nathan met with Lulu at The Surf Cafe, where she filled him in on her conversation with Maxie. “I could tell how hurt and betrayed she was. In some ways, it would have been better if she had just punched me in the face,” Lulu admitted. They both realized that they also needed to tell Dante the truth together.

Back in Dante’s office, he was happy to greet Maxie and see her after all these months. Dante apologized for not visiting yet. “That’s okay. I figured things might be a little awkward, given the Nathan and Lulu situation,” Maxie said. When Dante appeared confused, Maxie realized she had spoken too soon, so she decided to just tell him. “Dante, my ex is dating your ex,” she said. “I came over to commiserate. I honestly thought that you knew.”
Before they could say too much more, Lulu and Nathan arrived to tell the truth. Maxie told them they were too late. “Cat’s out of the bag,” she said. Lulu accused Maxie of telling Dante out of spite, but Maxie admitted she thought he had already known. Maxie quickly left, but Dante didn’t have much else to say, prompting Lulu and Nathan to also leave.
