General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 11, 2026, tease Molly down for the count and Cody determined to save her.
What to expect on General Hospital
Molly (Kristen Vaganos) did her best to ignore her abdominal pain. She had no appetite and popped some Ibuprofen the second Cody (Josh Kelly) wasn’t looking, but then she ended up passed out on the floor, sending Cody into a panic.
On Wednesday, Cody insists that Molly go to the hospital, but she gives him a hard time about it. Something tells us that Cody will win and Molly will end up in the ER, where he will learn what she didn’t want him to know. She has endometriosis. The question is — has her condition gotten worse and turned into something she can’t control on her own? Endometriosis can cause more problems than just infertility.
Dante finds his new friend
When Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) lands in the ER with what seems to be a hand injury, he is happy that Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is the one to treat him. Elizabeth gives Dante advice and tells him that if he is having second thoughts about something, he had better act quickly. Does Dante tell Liz about Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) new romance?
Will Nathan tell James (Gary James Fuller) about the new romance? While they are at the batting cages, James asks his dad if he wants a girlfriend. The little boy would be very surprised that Nathan wants to date the strange lady he found in his living room in 2024.
Lulu also has Nathan on her mind, so she confides in Tracy (Jane Elliot). Will her stepmonster have any good advice?

When Justine (Nazneen Contractor) sees Sonny (Maurice Benard), she does her best to play it cool, but Ric (Rick Hearst) might notice something is off. He meets with Sonny at Bobbie’s and wants to know exactly what his brother is up to. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) also has some questions for Sonny.
And finally, Gio (Giovanni Mazza) has to be there for a frantic Emma (Braedyn Bruner). She has been focusing so much on her grandmother that she’s neglected school and is now convinced she is going to fail.
