General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 12, 2026, tease Maxie revealing her true feelings about the Nathan and Lulu drama.
What to expect on General Hospital
When Maxie (Kirsten Storms) quickly chose to remain with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) rather than explore her feelings for Nathan (Ryan Paevey), it seemed too easy. Nathan and Lulu (Alexa Havins) were thrilled because that meant they could be together, but they didn’t think this through very well at all. Lulu really believed that Maxie would be okay with her best friend dating her not-so-dead husband.
Boy, was Lulu ever wrong. Maxie is reeling from the thought of it and finally gets some time with Nathan alone to hash things out. Maxie can’t understand how Nathan could have moved on so quickly. Six months is not a long time in the scheme of things and Maxie hadn’t moved on six months after she believed Nathan had died.
Meanwhile, Lulu goes to Carly (Laura Wright) for advice. Carly seems to want to stay out of things (gasp!) and let Lulu make up her own mind.
Jason’s warning
While Carly deals with Lulu, a lot is happening in her attic. Jason (Steve Burton) shows up at her house again, this time to have it out with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). He makes Valentin an offer, but will Valentin accept? Jason also warns Valentin that if anything happens to Carly, he can run, but he can’t hide. Jason will track him down and take care of things.
At General Hospital, Lucas (Van Hansis) updates Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) on the plan to get her meds. A warm friendship is developing between the two of them. When Jason is gone by the end of the month, Britt will need Lucas to lean on.
Cody’s questions
After having to take Molly (Kristen Vaganos) to the hospital and then quickly home, Cody (Josh Kelly) is feeling lonely when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) stops by to catch up. Cody asks Dante how he knew that Lulu was the one. Is Dante even thinking of Lulu right now or is he thinking of Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst)?
At Alexis’ house, Molly discusses her health issues and Cody with Kristina (Kate Mansi). Will her sister have any good advice?
