General Hospital spoilers for Friday, March 13, 2026, reveal a Maxie and Lulu showdown you’ll never forget.
What to expect on General Hospital
The last person Maxie (Kirsten Storms) expects to find at her front door is Lulu (Alexa Havins). She is already in an emotional state after arguing with Nathan (Ryan Paevey), so she doesn’t need another argument with Lulu right now.
However, Lulu insists that they have to talk things out. Lulu is not willing to lose her best friend over a man, but that is not stopping Lulu from her decision to pursue that man. She has gotten advice from Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Carly (Laura Wright), so Lulu is ready to explain her side to Maxie, if Maxie is willing to hear it.
Maxie listens, but she does not like what she hears. Lulu is grateful to have Maxie back, but she doesn’t see why Maxie has tunnel vision about this. Maxie remains amazed that Lulu can’t see what an impossible and awkward situation this would be for everyone. She tells Lulu that things have now changed between them and Lulu is going to have to live with it.
Portia’s big surprise
Portia (Brook Kerr) finally has her life on an even keel with all secrets out in the open and a home to call her own. Even Trina (Tabyna Ali) is back in her life, so what could be better? Trina even stops by the hospital with a surprise for her mom, but is that the only surprise for Portia on Friday?
Spoilers say that Jordan may have a harder time keeping her secret hidden than she originally believed. Is Jordan (Tanisha Harper) really pregnant and does Portia find out?
Brook Lynn baby time
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is keeping her promise to Delilah and making sure the mystery woman’s baby is okay. She’s been visiting Baby Jane Doe at the hospital and asks if she can hold the little girl.
Chase (Josh Swickard) is also concerned about the baby and tells Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that he wants to lead the charge in finding the baby’s family. The police have come up empty at every turn and Chase and Brook Lynn are determined to get the baby to people who will love her, but what if those people are Chase and Brook Lynn?
