General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, tease a heart-stopping night in Port Charles as Jason, Britt, and Rocco deal with the aftermath of what happened at Pier 55.
What to expect on General Hospital

We said Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) should just stay off Pier 55 and with good reason. The last time she planned to skip town and sail off into the night, the Hook attacked. This time, Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) attacked, but Jason (Steve Burton) showed up to make sure he didn’t shoot Britt. At that point, Britt was unconscious after hitting her head.
Cullum was ready to whack Jason with what appeared to me to be a metal cane as heavy as a tire iron, so Jason braced himself for the worst. Then, a shot rang out, Cullum was down, and Jason saw Rocco (Finn Carr) standing there holding a smoking gun. Now, it’s all hands on deck to keep Rocco out of trouble.
Jason takes action, while Nathan (Ryan Paevey) swears Lulu (Alexa Havins) to secrecy. Do they try to cover up what Rocco did? Will Rocco even let them do that? Does anyone let Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) in on what happened as he orders someone’s arrest?
Nathan had warned Dante not to trust Cullum, but that’s exactly what he did when Cullum called about Jason. If only Jason had taken Cullum out and not spent so much time debating about killing Jack (Chris McKenna) instead.
A tough time for Danny, too?

While Rocco does the brave and daring thing and shoots Cullum because his dad took Jason’s gun, things aren’t going well for Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) either. Danny has no idea why his dad decked Dante and ran off, but that will be the least of his concerns when Grandma Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) opens her office door to a gruesome scene.
Marco (Adrian Anchondo) is lying on the floor in a pool of blood. He’s clearly been stabbed, so Alexis rushes and calls 911 as soon as the initial shock wears off. All Alexis and Jason wanted was to watch Danny play basketball and now all of this has happened.
Is it Marco that Lucas (Van Hansis) is working on at General Hospital? Surely, that would be more of a conflict of interest than Sam. Perhaps Cullum is still alive and Lucas tries to save his life.
Lovers’ quarrel?

While all that chaos is happening on Pier 55 and at the hospital, Carly (Laura Wright) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) resume their time in the kitchen. Lucas went to work and the dinner is getting cold, but that doesn’t mean their conversation won’t get heated.
With Lucas now moving out of Wyndemere, does Valentin still want to take the risk and search around during a party that they don’t know will never happen? Valentin seems to assure Carly that things will be okay, but she doesn’t seem as confident.
