Phyllis Does Business at the Summer’s Conglomerate Office
Phyllis is on a business call and makes a deal. She gets off the line and tells herself how good she is before calling Lauren to brag
“It feels so great to win” she declares. Even better, they are doing it with no one’s help.
Cane Faces the Winters Family at the GCAC
Devon speculates with Nate about what Malcolm could be talking to Lily about.
Devon complains that Cane is like a parasite in his brain that he can’t stop thinking about.
He worries that Lily is still in love with Cane and thinks he can change,
Devon wishes Cane would just leave town.
Tim not going anywhere,” Cane announces as he pops up.

Devon stands up to him and asks him to leave. He can’t understand why he’s staying in town
Ashby doens’t like being told what to do. He has plans the intended to see through.
Nate chimes in to say Cane is finished. Ashby says he’s just getting started so Devon threatens to come after him if his plans involve his family.
Cane makes it clear he wants nothing to do with Lily.
Phyllis arrives and asks if he’s really given up on Lily. “Taak you long enough,” she adds.
No one wants to talk to Phyllis.
Lily returns with Malcolm, who is happy to see Phyllis. She invites him to stop by her office.
Cane says hello to Malcolm, who wans him to leave his family alone. Ashby makes it clear he wants nothing to do with them and leaves
After Phyllis exits, Devon thanks Malcolm for saying that to Cane. He prompt his sister to confirm none of then want him around.
They ask how long he’ll be sticking around. Malcolm is vague
He gets a text and says he will see them later.
Once he leaves, Devon can see something is wrong and asks his sister what Malcolm said
She asks them to leave it alone.
Phyllis sits by Cane at the bar and tells him how hard it was to watch him degrading himself over Lily. She brags about how Summer’s Conglomerate is crushing it.
He doesn’t want to talk to her. She assumes he’s sticking around to get revenge.
