TMZ spoke to insiders who spilled that Randy proposed to Yolanda earlier this week, and she said yes.
Yolanda’s new beau is the CEO and founder of Xebec, a national industrial logistics real estate platform. In addition, he serves as the CEO of Sandow Lakes Randh Venture, LLC.
He is known for taking large industrial properties and redeveloping them into advanced manufacturing campuses.
At this time, it remains unknown how long Yolanda, 62, and Randy have been a couple.
If the marriage comes to fruition, it will be Yolanda’s third time being a Mrs. Before being married to David, she was married to Mohammed Hadid and had three children with him, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar.
After David, Yolanda did get engaged to construction executive Joey Jingoli. The couple had been dating for six years, but they ended up calling off the engagement in 2025.
“They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together,” a source told PEOPLE on June 5, 2025.
In a 2018 interview with PEOPLE, Yolanda spoke about her relationship with Joey, noting she met him at a time when she “really started focusing” on finding the right person for her.
“I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm,” she added.
In 2019, she spoke again to PEOPLE, saying it was “a blessing to find someone so perfect for me in this time of my life.”
“He rides horses, he loves nature, he loves the farm,” Yolanda elaborated. “To find love again at 55 is amazing.”
An explosive trailer for The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th was released by Bravo today.
The series, which was previously dubbed The Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip, is set to premiere on August 9.
The principal cast features an all-star lineup from many cities, including Teresa Giudice, Vicki Gunvalson, Luann de Lesseps, Porsha Williams, Gizelle Bryant, Kyle Richards, and Lisa Barlow.
The trailer begins with some of the most iconic clips of each of the aforementioned women early on in their respective franchises.
“It is the 20th anniversary of The Real Housewives,” Kyle is then heard saying.
We are told “seven icons” will be featured on the show, as Porsha notes that these are “the baddest b*tches of Bravo.”
Luann is then seen singing her hit “Chic C’est La Vie” a capella to a seemingly unimpressed Lisa and Teresa in a car.
It is then shared that the seven main cast members will be traveling together to six cities.
