JODIE TARGETS SARAH AS TWO DARK SECRETS COLLIDE IN TERRIFYING CORRIE SHOWDOWN!!!

Coronation Street has revealed Jodie Ramsey’s next target – and it’s bad news for secret killer Sarah Platt.

Jodie turns her spiteful attentions to Sarah in tonight’s episodes as she threatens to report her to the police for keeping secrets about the night of Theo Silverton’s death.

The two characters find themselves at a stalemate as they become the keepers of each other’s dark secrets – but will they protect each other, or will this uneasy dynamic end in tears?

Tuesday’s episodes see Sarah receive an informal visit from DS Connor-Swain, who has more questions to ask about the mysterious attack she suffered on the night of Theo’s death.

Although Sarah doesn’t give away any fresh information, she soon confronts Jodie when they’re alone. Jodie recently let slip that she heard David the dog barking at the Platt house at the time of the attack, which gave away her presence at the scene of the crime.

When Sarah threatens to speak up about what she knows, Jodie plays her ace card – pointing out that she’s clearly been lying to the police about the timing of the attack.

“You won’t go to the police – because if you do, I’ll have to tell them that you’ve been telling porkies about when it happened,” Jodie boasts.

“It was half nine, Sarah. You were absolutely certain it was ten past just now and in your initial statement. You’re obviously hiding something. And if you don’t want whatever this is coming out, then you won’t go anywhere near the police station.

She adds: “I’ll find out your little secret, Sarah – I always do.”

How much does Jodie suspect? Could she be the one who ultimately exposes Sarah as Theo’s killer?

Tina O’Brien, who plays Sarah, recently told Inside Soap‘s Soap Scoop podcast: “I think she’s really wary of Jodie anyway! Just because there’s occasionally really odd things that she says and does and you kind of go: ‘What are you on about?’

“It’s more the way she behaves that Sarah doesn’t trust. I think she’d be very, very surprised that it is Jodie, and shocked, but with everything that’s going on, I think she’s got bigger fish to fry. I think she’s so consumed by the murder and knowing that she’s responsible for somebody dying, which I think is what plays on her mind over and over again.

“So finding out about Jodie, has she got the capacity to really go there with it?”
