An apology tour is in Hope’s future.

Now that the weight of her decision to leave Forrester has set in, Hope starts apologizing for how her departure to Logan went down on the Thursday, July 2 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful. While she’s seeking forgiveness, R.J. and Ridge are wary of what will happen when she and Brooke see each other.
Key Takeaways
- Why Hope’s guilt is eating at her.
- How her defection to Logan has affected Brooke.
What Happened Previously on B&B?
Hope (Annika Noelle) had her eye on the prize before her line at Logan launched. Though she was worried about how Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) would react, she pushed forward anyway.
Seeing her and Deke’s (Harrison Cone) collection be well-received gave Hope a sense of achievement and triumph. But when she came down from the high of a successful launch, reality sank in.
Hope hadn’t fully considered the impact leaving Forrester would have on her former team, particularly Zende (Delon de Metz). She had kept them in the dark even though she knew HFTF was scheduled to go back into production.
Liam (Scott Clifton) assured her she made the right decision for herself. However, Hope recognized that she had blindsided people who were counting on her.
The person most hurt by the secrecy has been Brooke. Her devastation has led to an outburst in the Spencer showroom, where she threw a jewelry display into a TV monitor Katie (Heather Tom) was standing by.
She blames her younger sister for Hope’s choice. Brooke vowed to rescue Hope from Logan and put a stop to what she believes are Katie’s lies and manipulations.
She thinks Hope made a mistake and couldn’t acknowledge the overwhelming reception of Hope by Logan. Brooke is convinced Katie stole her daughter and has it out for her.
