The Bold and the Beautiful has this odd habit of dropping entire storylines for a week or multiple weeks and then returning as if no time has passed. That is just what happened on April 13, 2026, as Deacon and Taylor’s drama got pushed to the side so that we could watch Brooke and Katie argue, Electra get catty with Dylan, and RJ throw a few punches at Will, the latter of which was actually a new development.
The Logan sisters at war…again
Did you know that Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) is mad that her sister started a fashion house using Brooke’s last name? How DARE she? Who cares if Katie (Heather Tom) has the same last name? She can only use it if Brooke says so, in the world according to Brooke. And did you know that Brooke is big mad because Katie is still using Eric’s (John McCook) designs? Well, she told us again today, in case you forgot.
Yep, we’re right back where we started. Brooke called Katie a thief. Katie argued that she had a right to Eric’s designs because he worked for her and designed for her. And round and round they went, accomplishing nothing. Our guess is they will go at least 5-10 more rounds, saying the exact same thing before this story finally resolves itself.
This is Electra’s world
We thought we were going to see something different between Electra (Laneya Grace) and Dylan (Sydney Bullock) when Electra was actually nice to Dylan for a whole three minutes. She told her how happy she was for Dylan for earning her own money. She knew it must have felt good to get a paycheck. Then, Electra told her to deposit it and get the heck out of Will’s (Crew Morrow) house.
There she was, our good ol’ Electra, selfish as always. In fact, Electra thinks so highly of herself that she offered to be Dylan’s friend again — IF Dylan got her own place. If not, she would be withholding her friendship. We don’t know, Dylan. That’s a hard bargain that Electra is driving. You might have to give up the boy to have such a perfect friend. Spare us, Electra.
“Are we really doing this again?”
At least our wonderful Will acknowledged the absurdity of it all when he walked into Eric’s office to find RJ (Brayan Nicoletti). Right on cue, RJ asked him what he was still doing working for Forrester Creations. That’s when RJ asked if they were doing this again because it’s the exact same question RJ asked a few weeks ago when Will walked into Eric’s office.
The only thing different was that RJ threw a few punches for no apparent reason except to try to prove he was a big, bad man. Somehow, we feel Electra and RJ are made for one another.
