A bitter new chapter has erupted in the ongoing Beckham family feud, after explosive claims resurfaced about a tense moment during Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding — with allegations that Victoria Beckham behaved “inappropriately” during the mother-and-son first dance, leaving Brooklyn devastated and his wife Nicola Peltz deeply upset.
The furious row reignited last night after Brooklyn accused his mother of “grinding on me” during the 2022 wedding celebrations — claims that his camp say were so distressing they reduced him to tears, while Nicola was left feeling humiliated and sidelined.

Those close to Brooklyn insist the moment was captured on video — footage that has now become central to the family’s bitter standoff.
‘Embarrassed, humiliated — and furious’

According to sources aligned with Brooklyn, the incident occurred during what should have been a sentimental first dance at the lavish Florida ceremony, attended by around 500 guests.
A friend said:
“Brooklyn was so embarrassed, and Nicola was humiliated and furious to feel upstaged on their own wedding day.
She made her feelings very, very clear at the time. It completely soured the evening.”

They claim the fallout lingered long after the music stopped, with the dance becoming “a constant topic of conversation” among guests the following morning.
Victoria’s camp pushes back
However, those close to Victoria have strongly rejected the accusations, insisting the former Spice Girl was simply “a tad tipsy and having fun” — with no malicious intent whatsoever.
One Beckham insider said:
“There was absolutely no malice there — quite the opposite.
This has utterly broken her.”
Another source claimed the reaction stemmed from wider tensions, alleging that Nicola did not want Brooklyn to dance with his mother at all.
“Nicola didn’t want him to dance with his mum — so kicked off about it,” the source said.
“Everyone else was having a great time. Guests were lapping it up.
If you’re David and Victoria, the timing of these claims feels baffling.”
The video that changed everything
Crucially, phones were banned at the wedding, with guests asked to hand in their devices and given flip phones capable only of taking photos. As a result, just one official video of the dance is believed to exist — filmed by the couple’s hired videographer.
An insider revealed:
“That footage was handed to Brooklyn and Nicola days after the ceremony.
It’s their call whether it’s ever released.”
It has since emerged that the video company was required to delete its copy after six months, meaning Brooklyn and Nicola are now believed to be the sole owners of the footage.
London-based creative director Stavros Agapiou, who attended the wedding, publicly backed Brooklyn online, writing: “He’s telling the truth.”
Although he later deleted the post, he added: “Good on him for finally speaking out.”
Old wounds, new revelations
The controversy comes amid Brooklyn’s wider tirade against his parents, in which he accused them of “controlling narratives” about the family — and even attempting to “bribe me into signing away the rights” to his own name. It has since been revealed that Victoria still owns the trademark to Brooklyn’s name.
The couple’s rift has also deepened following their vow renewal ceremony — which notably took place without David and Victoria present.
What happens next?
As tensions escalate, TV production companies are reportedly circling, having approached Brooklyn and Nicola about the possibility of a documentary. However, a source insisted:
“They are not looking to capitalise on their heartache.”
For now, the family remains locked in a painful stalemate — with allegations, counter-claims, and a single unseen video at the heart of it all.
And as one insider put it quietly:
“This is no longer just about a dance.
It’s about years of unresolved pain finally spilling into the open.”
