Denise Richards Asks Judge To Deny Ex Aaron Phypers’ Request For Half Of Her $3.6M OnlyFans Annual Earnings

Actress Denise Richards asked a judge to reject ex Aaron Phypers‘ request to be granted half of her OnlyFans revenue.

According to legal documents, Richards is asking a judge to deny Phypers’ request for half of her monthly OnlyFans earnings, which he claims is up to $300,000, about $3.6 million annually.

Phypers believes that he deserves money because he “took the photographs and owns the intellectual property rights [of her OnlyFans],” he alleged in his legal documents.

“I do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income,” Phypers wrote in the documents.

The actress and model is claiming that her ex should not be eligible for the money because he missed a deadline to file an updated income and expense declaration.

The judge has yet to issue an official ruling on the request.

On July 7, 2025, Phypers, 53, filed for divorce from Richards, 54, after being married for over six years. According to court documents, Phypers cited “irreconcilable differences” as the main reason for their split.

Later that month, Richards was granted a restraining order against Phypers after she accused him of domestic violence. Phypers has firmly denied her allegations, calling them “completely false and deeply hurtful.” Soon after, she accused him of violating the restraining order again.

Phypers followed her claims up with allegations of his own. He accused Richards of having a six-month affair with another man, while he sent a letter to their friends that accused her of being addicted to Vicodin.

As the battle between the ex-couple continues, a judge evicted Richards and Phypers from their Calabasas home after neither party showed up in court on December 30, 2025. The court granted the property to their landlord, John Karan, after failing to pay over $84,000 in rent.
