General Hospital spoilers for April 13-27, 2026, tease Willow doing everything she can to help Nina (and herself), while Sonny knows he has to take a chance with Sidwell.
What to expect on General Hospital
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is not about to allow that traffic cam footage to surface, but she does understand why Nina (Cynthia Watros) doesn’t want to use a teenager to do Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) dirty work. So, Willow takes matters into her own hands and stoops to a brand-new low. She somehow finds herself at the Q mansion, where she makes a confession. But, is it a false confession?
When Nina gets a shocker later in the week, does that mean she learns where Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is? That would give her the info she needs to get Jack off her back, but it might be too little, too late.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) decides to take a huge risk next week, while Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is given some food for thought. Does Sonny visit Sidwell to try to have it out with him and once again convince the man that he didn’t kill his son? Perhaps he will suggest teaming up to find the real killer, which could help free Jason (Steve Burton).
Jordan’s (Tanisha Harper) situation remains precarious next week, but Curtis (Donnell Turner) is right there by her side. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) will start to grow nervous. Does she remember being the one who caused the accident?
