The Young and the Restless (Y&R) recap for Monday, March 20, reveals that Devon Winters (Bryton James) will blow his top over the truth about Lily Wintersâ (Christel Khalil) kidnapping.
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will also deliver a fierce warning to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), so letâs talk about whatâs coming up in Genoa City.
At Crimson Lights, Noah Newman (Lucas Adams), Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will all worry about Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) going up against Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).
After Noah gives Nikki an old record as a gift, heâll mention that he tried to give it to her at the ranch and learned sheâd moved out.
Nikki will downplay it as needing space from Victor and will assure Noah that everythingâs going to be fine.
Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) will eventually interrupt and take Noah on the patio to show him Mattâs latest text to taunt her.
Itâll concern Sienna since Matt managed to find out her new phone number.
Sienna will eventually suspect that maybe Matt figured she would make the Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) connection.
Itâll leave Sienna worried that Matt mightâve lured Nick to Vegas to leave them vulnerable in Genoa City without him.
At the Newman ranch, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will return from Milan and reveal that Summer Newman (last played by Allison Lanier) doesnât want to see Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), so she refused to confront her in person.
However, Victor will have a letter from Summer and will look forward to passing along her harsh words to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Victor will admit Phyllis surrendered Chancellor, but heâll also acknowledge that Nikki wonât be getting it back since sheâs left the ranch.
Victoria will find out Victor used Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) as leverage and that Nikki took Jackâs side.
Victoria will fret over her parentsâ marriage and the possibility that the damage is irreparable this time.
Victor will make it clear that he expects loyalty and that Nikki will have to come to her senses if theyâre going to fix things.
Victoria will meet with Nikki at the GCAC next and get her side of the story.
Although Victoria will defend Victor a bit, Nikki will insist he went too far by kidnapping Jack and orchestrating something thatâs broken his marriage to Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
At the Chancellor mansion, Devon and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will quiz Lily following her ordeal, so sheâll admit the âkidnappingâ was actually a ruse designed to trick Cane.
Lily will insist she gave up her phone along with the twins so they wouldnât be tempted to reach out to anyone.
They had to make this look real and couldnât risk telling anyone who might tip Cane off to the truth.
Devon will explode since heâs been worried sick about Lily, Mattie Ashby (last played by Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie Ashby (last played by Noah Alexander Gerry), especially after Dominic Wintersâ (Ethan Ray Clark) own abduction crisis.
Devon will wonder âwhat the hellâ Lily was thinking and will point out that sheâs no better than Cane after what she did.
Lily will apologize, but sheâll also defend her involvement since she was angry at Cane and was promised Chancellor in exchange for her help.
That wonât be good enough for Devon, who wonât be surprised to learn the deal may be falling through.
Devon will insist they donât need Chancellor, so heâll want Lily to cut her losses and get out of this mess with Victor.
As for Nate, heâll realize Victoria mustâve known what was going on since she defended Victor to Cane and acted like things werenât as bad as Cane thought.
Nate will be hurt and âpissed offâ at Lily, but heâll see her point about not wanting to tip off Cane to the truth.
At Society, Victor will saunter in and find Cane at the bar.
Cane will mention that he knows all about the kidnapping ruse since Nikki ratted Victor our and then Lily confirmed the news.
After Cane wonders what Victor gave Lily in exchange for her help, Victor will act like Lily was more than willing to help dupe her ex.
Victor will urge Cane to go back to Nice and the chateau, but Cane will insist on staying in GC.
âYou thought I brought chaos before? Wait until you see what I do next,â Cane will promise on Mondayâs Y&R episode.
Cane will suggest he might âburn the whole damn town down just for funâ since it only takes one match.
Victor will mock Cane for trying to scare him before Cane stomps off. Thatâll leave Victor alone to mutter about Cane needing to get ready for war.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane and Victor have more conflict ahead of them, so stay tuned.
