GENOA CITY’S NEWEST BADASS: WHY SIENNA MUST STAY ON THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS!

Tamara Braun on The Young and the Restless should have been a bigger deal than it has been. She is a veteran of the soap genre, and any show is lucky to have her on its talent roster. The Los Angeles story went far longer than it needed to, and now that Matt is presumably behind bars, it’s likely that she’ll want to return home to Los Angeles. However, the show hasn’t even begun to scratch the surface of what Sienna is capable of. From renewed connections to professional expansions, there’s still so much for Sienna to do in Genoa City.

Sienna and Noah’s deserve a real chance on The Young and the Restless

Despite what Sharon and Nick may have assumed when they first met her, Sienna’s feelings for Noah appear to be genuine. Her love for Noah has nearly cost Sienna her life on several occasions, and regardless of the danger, she’s remained committed to him. Sienna looked fear (Matt Clark) in the eye, and even though everything in her said to run, she stayed for Noah and even helped Nick avoid a murder charge. Sienna and Noah started their relationship as an affair in Los Angeles, and now that Matt is out of the way, they have the chance to develop something real.

It’s completely possible that the spark will fade now that the excitement and danger of the affair have come to an end. However, viewers will never find out whether Sienna chooses to leave Genoa City. The best course of action would be to let it play out and see if the passion is sustainable.

The real test of their relationship will be surviving Victor’s endless meddling in his children’s and grandchildren’s relationships. If Sienna and Noah can avoid that type of intrusion disguised as family concern, their relationship can have real legs.

Sienna’s Bond With Tessa Could Grow

Sienna and Tessa having a past connection was one of the bigger surprises since she first came onto the show. It makes sense that they’d know each other from the music/bar scene, but it still comes out of nowhere. Tessa’s been featured much more in recent months, and there’s no better way to further establish her outside the Mariah relationship than to expand on her friendship with Sienna. Plus, they both have Noah in common, which makes for a messy storyline in the making.

Tessa shares almost every scene these days with Daniel, and while that storyline is somewhat decent, she needs more. If Mariah’s storyline continues in the direction that it’s headed, Tessa will need all of the friends that she can to lean on.

Sienna has a unique mixture of maternal charm and youthful edge, and that’s the type of connection that makes her perfect to help Tessa through her ongoing crisis. Sharon is decent, but since she’s Mariah’s mother, Tessa can only rely on her just so much.
