Madison LeCroy Shares Heartwarming Health Update on Baby Teddi: “She’s Growing Stronger Every Day” 💕

Madison LeCroy is happy to report that her bundle of joy is “doing just perfect.”

The Southern Charm cast member shared the update on Wednesday, October 29, exactly four months after giving birth to her daughter, Teddi LeCroy Randle.

“Our girl had her 4-month appointment today,” Madison captioned a photo of the sleeping infant. “She’s right on track growing strong and doing just perfect.”

Madison LeCroy’s second child arrives six weeks early

Teddi — whom Madison shares with her husband, Brett Randle, was expected to arrive around early August, but was born approximately six weeks early. Madison documented her labor journey in an Amazon Live video, capturing Teddi’s first interactions with the family, including Madison’s 12-year-old son, Hudson, from a previous marriage.

The Southern Charm-er revealed she was in labor for about 48 hours before doctors performed a C-section.

“We kind of prolonged the labor,” Madison told

Us Weekly back in July. “And Brett got here and then we waited another day and had the C-section, and there she was five minutes later.”

However, Teddi didn’t immediately go home. Madison explained that it was hospital protocol for premature babies to spend a “few days” in the neonatal intensive care unit to ensure they were healthy. Teddi remained at the hospital until mid-July.

“After 2 weeks of back and forth to the NICU, today we brought our sweet Teddi girl home, and I truly don’t have the words (but I’ll try),” Madison wrote in a July 13 Instagram post. “Watching Hudson hold his baby sister, seeing Brett step into this role with so much love, and just standing in my doorway with my arms full and my heart even fuller… this is it. This is the life I’ve prayed for, dreamed of, and now finally get to live.  She’s home, we’re whole, and I’ve never felt more at peace.”

Since then, Madison has shared regular updates on her new role as a mother of two. She kept the baby content coming on October 31, when she posted the cutest photos of baby Teddi’s first Halloween costume.

“I feel the same way about dressing up for Halloween, Teddi,” she captioned the Instagram.

The first slide showed the infant crying while wearing a teddy bear onesie. Madison later revealed that Hudson had selected the costume.
