RHOC alum found homeless with ‘missing fingers and teeth’ after addiction to fentanyl

Alexa, who appeared alongside her mom during seasons 4 and 5 of the Bravo reality show, was found in a dangerous California neighborhood and appeared to be visibly struggling.

Alexa was featured in a YouTube video posted by the channel, LA to You Interviews.

She stood in front of the camera in a strip mall during the middle of the night wearing a black coat, with her unbrushed hair hanging down around her shoulders.

The RHOC star’s daughter appeared to be missing teeth, which became clear as she talked.

Alexa shared with the interviewer that she was struggling with addiction to Fentanyl.

She confessed that she had been battling with the drug for “six or seven years.”

“I was doing heroin and then I, like, met some people, they kind of introduced me to the fentanyl,” the Bravo alum said.

“My life just kind of went downhill.”

Alexa said she’s doing better at the moment, telling viewers: “I’m not using as much as I used to.”

Her drug use, according to her interview, began after she was “in a bad car accident.”

She revealed that she’s “missing two fingers” as a result of her drug addiction.

Alexa lifted up her hand to show two fingers missing, adding: “So, yeah, that kind of sucks.”

The former reality TV personality claimed that her parents Lynne and Frank Curtin, currently live roughly 3 hours away from her in San Diego, California.

They have cut her off until she gets sober.

“Right now they don’t want anything really to do with me,” she shared with a nervous laugh.

LEXI’S LEGAL WOES

Alexa has been struggling for some time now.

In 2021, as previously reported, she was arrested after spending a year as a fugitive.

She had a warrant out for her arrest that dated back to December 2019 after failing to appear for a court hearing.

Alexa was taken into custody in January 2021 and held as she awaited another court appearance.

She pleaded not guilty, at the time, to all of her pending criminal charges.

She was facing drug possession, as well as charges related to criminal cases involving vandalism, DUI, petty theft, and driving without a valid license.

Her bail was set for $140,000.

Prior to that arrest, Alexa had a warrant issued for other legal run-ins, including drug-related offenses, a DUI and keying a boyfriend’s car.

She was previously arrested and held in jail nine days after a release.

That was also related to failure to appear in court.

Alexa filed for divorce from her husband Michael DeVecchio in May 2019 after six years of marriage.

The pair tied the knot on November 28, 2013, but separated two years later in June 2015.

They were officially divorced in November 2019.

Alexa and Michael did not share any children.
