RHOM’s Lisa Hochstein & ex boyfriend Jody Glidden face criminal charges for ‘intercepting’ her ex-husband Lenny’s calls

REAL Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are facing criminal charges over bombshell accusations from her ex-husband.

Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein, to whom Lisa was married for nearly 13 years before their divorce in November 2024, alleged that she and Jody were tracking his phone calls.

According to a March 19 court filing viewed by The U.S. Sun, Lisa, 43, and Jody, 52, have been charged with one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.

The filing states that they allegedly “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, attempted to intercept, or attempted to have another party intercept “oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with” between March 12 and March 31, 2023.

Jody was arrested and booked on Saturday, but is no longer in the online jail database as of Monday.

His mugshot has also since been released.

On Monday, Lisa’s legal team released a joint statement via email, which read, “This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.”

In May 2023, The U.S. Sun exclusively reported that Lenny, 59, alleged the pair installed a “listening device” in his car to monitor his phone conversations.

Lisa’s rep denied the allegations, telling The U.S. Sun, “There is no truth to that- what nonsense. It seems as if they are just trying to distract everyone with their lies.

“The court has already sided with Lisa on many of these issues, including the lies that are being presented by the woman who broke up their home and family.”

Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa one year earlier.

Lisa previously claimed that Lenny cheated on her with model Katharina Mazepa, 30, which Lenny denied.

The TV personality also filed court documents claiming that her “part-time” Real Housewives salary wasn’t enough to cover her and her children’s lifestyles.

Lisa and Lenny share two children: Logan, nine, and Elle, five.

In October 2022, Lisa revealed in court documents that she was earning $30,000 per episode.

“[Lenny] has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon,” she wrote in the court docs.

“Without [Lenny’s] contribution, [Lisa] cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.”

Lenny was later ordered to pay Lisa $8,000 per month in temporary support and to “maintain the status quo” financially for Lisa and their kids.

Lisa joined RHOM in Season 2 and is part of the series’ main cast.
