General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 2, 2026, tease Britt losing it on a friend, Lucas nearly losing it on Sidwell, and so much more.
What to expect on General Hospital
The enormity of what happened on Pier 55 is taking its toll on Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). She has lost Jason (Steve Burton), has no idea what really happened to Cullum, blames herself for Marco’s (Adrian Anchondo) death, and doesn’t even have her meds.
When Brad (Parry Shen) stops by her office, Britt is at the end of her rope. Brad clearly says something to set Britt off because she slaps her BFF clear across the face.
Meanwhile, Lucas (Van Hansis) is also a mess. He returns to Wyndemere ready to tell Sidwell (Carlo Rota) that his partner in crime murdered his son, but doesn’t have a chance to get a word in edgewise. Sidwell clearly has affection for Lucas and wants him to stay. When Lucas hears what Sidwell has to say, he is not as anxious to confront him.
Dante has questions
Now that Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) is awake and off the ventilator, he is able to speak and answer questions, so Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) has a big one for him. Why did he issue an arrest warrant for Jason in the first place? Does Cullum even remember doing that?
Spoilers say that Dante is in for another surprise, and this one is from Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Liz also receives a visit from Ric (Rick Hearst), who offers her reassurance. It looks like a busy day of suitors for General Hospital’s head nurse.
Around Port Charles
After her conversation with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), Laura (Genie Francis) is not quite sure what to do. She just knows that she is not going to throw one of her oldest and dearest friends under the bus just to please Sidwell once again.
Laura visits Sonny (Maurice Benard), who makes a bold suggestion. Does he tell her to just do it to catch Sidwell off guard and believe he can trust Laura? Sonny is just waiting for Sidwell to make a mistake and this could lead to one.
As for Sidwell’s other partner in crime, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), he received some new intel that can change everything.
