General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 4, 2026, tease Josslyn doing some serious investigating.
What to expect on General Hospital
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) puts on her friendly college girl smile when she runs into Marco (Adrian Anchondo) at the hospital. When Marco gives her some new information, she asks when this happened. Does Marco tell her that he and Lucas (Van Hansis) have decided to move out of Wyndemere as soon as the time is right?
Over at Carly’s (Laura Wright) house, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) visits her dad again, but Valentin tells her that she just has to be patient because he is working on something. We also see Josslyn outside the attic door this week with her gun drawn. Does she stop by to see her mother and hear something that she shouldn’t hear? Will she finally discover that her mom has been harboring Valentin in her home for the last three months? That should come as quite a surprise.
Wyndemere happenings
Meanwhile, Carly puts on just as much of an act with Sidwell (Carlo Rota) before she leaves Wyndemere. She smiles her bright smile and tells Sidwell that their little dinner party is going to be incredible. However, she has to get home now. When she does, Carly will likely find a very big surprise waiting for her.
Sidwell’s next visitor is Ava (Maura West), who ends up jumping to the wrong conclusions when Sidwell tells her that he is plotting something. He even asks Ava to join him in this plot. Does she think that Lucy (Lynn Herring) is somehow involved?
Britt’s desperate move
At General Hospital, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) races against time to save Delilah, the young pregnant woman whom Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) found passed out in the street. She tells Lucas that she has to perform emergency surgery now, or mother and baby could die.
Later, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) finds Britt in a vulnerable moment. Something tells us that Britt lost the mother, but managed to save the baby. Something also tells us that Delilah somehow has no family and her baby’s father is unknown. Did Brook Lynn and Chase find a baby to adopt during their big night out on the town?
