What happened on The Bold and the Beautiful
The Hope and Steffy rivalry is heating up once again, as we knew it would. That truce last year over Liam’s fake cancer was never going to last because Hope and Steffy’s default setting is “frenemy.” They don’t wish ill will on one another, but they will certainly never get along for any extended period of time. Heck, Steffy didn’t even bother to attend Hope and Liam’s wedding. But at least Hope isn’t mincing words. We have always been TeamHope in this rivalry and we remain TeamHope, mainly because Steffy is just not a very likable person. Hope read her for filth on March 3, 2026, and it was glorious because every word she said was true. We have rarely seen a soap character cosplaying as a good person who somehow thinks everyone has to do what she says. It doesn’t matter what she says. Everyone just has to do it. Because she is Steffy, and in her delusional mind, she is always right. (She is so very frequently dead wrong.) Hope called her out on all of it, but in typical Steffy fashion, it went in one ear and out the other. She ignored every word Hope said before once again barking orders. We should have been surprised, but we weren’t because Steffy and Hope have certainly been factory reset.
