Dylan finally lands her dream job at Forrester Creations, but Ivy is determined to use her “inappropriate” living arrangement with Will to ensure her career is over before it begins.
On The Bold and the Beautiful, March 11, Dylan will get a new job offer. Dylan’s luck is finally paying off, but her career growth is already being undermined by a personal vendetta. Ivy is still outraged by the “improper” living arrangement between Dylan and her niece’s boyfriend, Will. Dylan could find herself under scrutiny as Ivy attempts to leverage family drama to force Steffy’s hand and dismantle Dylan’s future.
Ivy Takes it to the Top
Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) already manipulated Electra (Laneya Grace) and Will’s (Crew Morrow) relationship. She made it seem as if they were already on the outs. So, it wouldn’t take long for her to manipulate Dylan’s (Sydney Bullock) new job. She could make sure that she gets fired as soon as possible.
Upon learning of Dylan’s hiring, Ivy could storm into the executive office to challenge Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Ivy brings up Dylan’s living arrangement and skews it as a PR nightmare and moral failure.
Steffy will be forced to defend her hiring decision. As we already know, Ivy and Steffy don’t get along. They’re likely to have different opinions on Dylan. (Bullock exposes Electra’s secret betrayal of Dylan).
Collateral Damage
Soon enough, Steffy will find herself caught in the middle. She’ll value Dylan’s potential at Forrester while taking the heat from Ivy. She’ll make sure that Dylan doesn’t last at Forrester.
Meanwhile, Dylan could face a series of hurdles at work. She could run into the gossiping interns and RJ (Brayan Nicoletti), who has a grudge against Will. She might also be unaware that her boss could be forced to hire her because of her personal life.
A Warning at the Office
Ivy and Dylan are bound to cross paths at Forrester. Dylan could receive a tense, thinly veiled threat from Ivy, who makes it clear that her career at the company is tied only to her relationship with Will.
However, Steffy felt that both Electra and Will made a strong case for Dylan. She has been impressed with Dylan’s work and thinks she would be a great asset to Forrester.
