The pathologist report is in: Theo Silvertonâs (James Cartwright) death wasnât caused by a fall from the scaffolding in the Coronation Street murder week climax, he was intentionally struck in the head.
Weatherfieldâs premiere police posse, Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) and Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) received the news tonight, with Kit indignant at the prospect of Lisa ever considering what happened to be an accident.
Over a glossy montage that saw Danielle Silverton (Natalie Anderson) drop flowers at the scene of Theoâs demise, George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) reading an online article about the death, Gary Windass (Mikey North) watching CCTV footage of himself taking a sledgehammer to Theoâs van and Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) reading a page of her journal emblazoned with the words âTheo is a monsterâ, Lisa and Kit pondered over whether Toddâs loved ones couldâve done the deed.
As the montage segued into Todd, sobbing in his former flat while reliving Theoâs most vicious and disgusting acts, Kit surmised that if heâd been as dehumanised as Todd by a sadist, he wouldâve done the exact same thing, pondering if Todd had finally hit back.
âŠand now weâve concluded the âwhoisit?!â portion of the mystery, weâre diving straight into the âwhodunnit?!â of it all; with the montage that closed out todayâs episode and a brand new graphic, Corrie have given us an official suspect line up.
As Weatherfield shudders at the thought of having a murderer in their midst, even more so the members of Toddâs inner circle, each have secrets that theyâre prepared to fight to keep hidden, while an incredibly complicated web of lies will be exposed.
But who did it? Who killed Theo?

Danielle went through hell at the hands of Theo, when he struck up an affair with Todd and later left her to set up home with him.
With whispers reverberating around the street that hell hath no fury like that of an ex-wife scorned, could she have finished Theo off? And for what reason?
George Shuttleworth
George possesses a true fathers love for Todd, and it was evident in everything he did and said that heâd go to the ends of the Earth for him, and there was the curious case of the changed jumperâŠ
Did George finally snap and kill Theo to keep Todd safe?
Gary Windass
Garyâs protective streak and hatred of bullies previously worked in Theoâs favour, when he battered sick conversion therapist Noah Hedley (Richard Winsor) in his new friends defence.
When that protective streak turned against him, though, Theo was evidently intimidated by Garyâs fury. Could his former bestie have decided to even the score by taking out another bully?
Summer Spellman
Summerâs journal, filled with furious scrawlings about Theo, certainly painted her in a certain light. Are they the ramblings of a girl, heartbroken at having to live with the knowledge that Theo killed one of her adoptive dads and viciously tortured the other?

Could Christina Boyd (Amy Robbins) be involved? Perhaps she knew that George was about to take action, and the love of her boyfriend prompted her to help?
