This Morning’s Alison Hammond was left screaming as her co-star Dermot O’Leary was lifted up by the World’s Strongest Woman during Friday’s segment of the show.
The dynamic duo were presenting together as guest Rebecca Roberts came on to show off her impressive skills.
The weightlifter first heard about the challenge back in 2016, when she lived off takeaways and weighed over 30 stone.
Fast forward a decade and Rebecca is on track to become the Strongest Woman who ever lived, having won eight international titles.
Rebecca was speaking about her incredible journey to the hosts – sharing how it all began with her playing rugby at university, shortly before suffering from a back injury.
She said it made her ‘depressed’ and she ‘binged herself’ to 30 stone, but decided it was time to make a change.

Surprising the studio and viewers at home, Rebecca effortlessly started to fold the pan several times
She then met her husband Paul, who believed in her potential and encouraged her to put herself forward for the competition.
‘The belief that he had in me made me feel like I was invincible and that I could do anything,’ she recalled.
Paul sadly passed away after suffering from a heart attack in 2022.
One of the reasons Rebecca continues to strive at what she does is down to her late husband.
She explained: ‘It’s why I want to get these five World’s Strongest Woman titles now. He believed when we first met that I would win World’s Strongest Woman within five years.
‘I won my first title in 2021 so that was five years. I won my second title in 2023. It was almost exactly a year after he passed away. And then, my third title last year.’
Rebecca listed lifting a car on her back as one of the toughest struggles she has faced.
Alison then turned to her co-star and joked: ‘Do you reckon you could lift a Dermot?’
