Here’s your General Hospital recap for Wednesday, March 4, 2026, when Josslyn did some snooping in her mother’s house and Britt raced to save a pregnant woman and her baby.

What happened on General Hospital

Carly thought she hit paydirt when she found Sidwell’s safe behind a painting in the Wyndemere study. She knew Marco’s birthday thanks to Lucas, so she thought that could be the combination. Before she got a chance to try it, Ava appeared and accused Carly of being there to have Sidwell help her break up Marco and Lucas.

Sidwell walked in on the two women bickering. “It’s always nice to see you, but in the future you should probably call first,” Sidwell suggested to Ava.

Ava explained she was there to give Sidwell a new painting, so he was grateful. He told her that he had invited Carly so they could plot something and even asked Ava to plot with them. Ava was happy to arrange a dinner party for her nephew.

At GH, Marco stopped Josslyn as she got off the hospital elevator. She was happy to see him and wanted to apologize to Marco for her mother’s behavior. Josslyn found it curious to learn that Carly had come around and already apologized. “She even said she wanted to get to know my father better,” Marco said, confusing Josslyn some more.

As Valentin rummaged through Carly’s kitchen cabinets, he heard Charlotte’s voice outside and quickly ran. Lulu and Charlotte walked in, ostensibly to drop off art supplies for Donna. Valentin listened in as Charlotte spoke of being grounded and how glad she was to be out of the house.

Lulu went on and on about Charlotte running off the night of the storm and getting stuck with Nathan while they tried to find her. “Was it really so terrible?” Charlotte asked. Lulu didn’t answer her, but flashed back to her evening with Nathan and their kiss. She quickly snapped out of it and went back into parent mode, telling Charlotte that as her mother, she needed to discipline her.

“Oh my God, Mom. Will you relax? My dad let me walk around Prague on my own and you won’t even let me stay alone at home for an hour,” Charlotte lamented. “You worry too much and I don’t get it because Grandma and Grandpa were so cool.”

Lulu listened as Charlotte detailed what she knew about Luke and Laura’s adventurous younger selves. She pointed out the time Lucky traveled from Canada to Port Charles on his own when he was just a boy. Lulu said that was out of necessity because he was in real danger.

Lulu assumed that Charlotte was upset because she realized her dad wasn’t coming for her. Charlotte could barely believe what she was hearing. “You think my dad left me behind?” she said, incredulously. Lulu assured Charlotte that Valentin was just protecting her by staying away.

Charlotte did not have a chance to respond because Josslyn walked in, surprised to see them. Charlotte made herself scarce, saying she was going to put the art supplies in Donna’s room. Instead, Charlotte snuck into the attic to see her dad. Valentin was thrilled to see her, of course, but also frustrated. “This has got to stop. You can’t keep taking risks like this,” he said.

Valentin assured Charlotte they would be together again soon. “I’m working on something. I need you to be patient,” Valentin promised. “And be very careful. Don’t underestimate your mother.”

Charlotte soon returned to the kitchen, so she and Lulu left. Josslyn stayed behind to wait for her mother. After getting a drink from the fridge, Josslyn heard noise coming from upstairs, so she grabbed her gun to check things out. She opened the attic door and saw Valentin with his back to her. “Freeze! Do not move,” Josslyn commanded, with her gun drawn.

Brook Lynn and Chase worried about their new friend | Image: ABC

Brook Lynn and Chase sat in the General Hospital waiting room with Felicia, worried about Delilah, the pregnant girl they found passed out in the street. Brook Lynn was alarmed when Liz told her that Delilah needed an emergency C-section. Liz rushed to the ER room to find Britt insisting they had to do the C-section right then and there.

The neonatologist arrived as Britt and Lucas went to work. Britt delivered a tiny little girl who was barely breathing. While the neonatologist and Elizabeth worked on the baby, Britt and Lucas worked on saving Delilah’s life. Sadly, there was too much bleeding and Delilah died.

Back in the waiting room, Brook Lynn and Chase explained the situation to Nathan, hoping he could use his super police detective powers to find some information about Delilah. They had no idea what her last name was or if she had a next of kin.

When Felicia left to check Delilah’s things for any ID, Nathan asked Brook Lynn and Chase some questions they didn’t know the answer to. Nathan noted how off this entire scenario felt. “Did you get the impression that Delilah was avoiding your questions?” Nathan asked.

After Nathan walked away, Brook Lynn nearly had a panic attack, worried about Delilah and the baby. She hated that Delilah was all alone and was grateful she had Lois with her when she gave birth to Gio. When they spotted Lucas and Liz, they asked how Delilah was. Lucas told them that Delilah died, but the baby was in the NICU.

Elizabeth allowed Brook Lynn and Chase to sit with Delilah before she was taken to the morgue. Brook Lynn promised her new friend that she would make sure her baby was taken care of. When they left the room, Lucas told them that Delilah’s baby was going to make it.

Elizabeth decided to decompress in the locker room, where she found Britt in tears. Britt quickly composed herself as Elizabeth praised the doctor for her work in the ER. “It’s important to honor the people we lose and I would never fault you for doing that,” Elizabeth said.

As for Nathan, he searched the area where Chase and Brook Lynn found Delilah and spotted her purse. He returned to the hospital and found Lulu. Nathan asked if she had a chance to talk to Maxie about them. Lulu said she hadn’t, but admitted she was avoiding it. As they discussed the situation some more, the pair kissed, something that did not go unnoticed by Felicia.

Curtis didn’t seem to understand Jordan when she asked him to move in with him, so he asked, “Are you asking me to move in with you?” Jordan said she thought the idea made sense. “I’ve loved having you stay here. I was just looking to make it more official,” she said.

Curtis was taken aback and told Jordan that he didn’t want anything to go wrong in their relationship, so he was hesitant to take her up on her offer. “We don’t have to rush into anything,” Curtis said, as Jordan eyed her purse with the pregnancy test sticking out.

Jordan once again asked Curtis to move in with her, so he finally said yes. “See? Was that so hard?” Jordan asked. Curtis answered: “What was hard was letting you go. That was the biggest mistake of my life.”

Isaiah arrived at Portia’s house, curious to hear what she wanted to tell him. Isaiah noted what a beautiful house it was and how hard it would be to sell it and leave it behind. Portia told him that she didn’t have to because Curtis gave it to her. Isaiah wondered if Curtis had an ulterior motive.

“Maybe it’s Curtis’ way of making you feel indebted to him, to exert control over you and the baby,” Isaiah mused. Portia didn’t think so. “I think he did it because he thinks that’s what’s right,” she said. Isaiah hoped that was true, but wasn’t sure. He worried that Curtis would feel the house was still his and come and go as he pleased. Portia thought Curtis’ gesture was a turning point in the relationship, signaling that they could co-parent amicably.
