Ciara Miller sings the praises of Carl Radke’s Soft Bar + Cafe
It’s been a long road for Carl to get to where he is today. A few seasons ago when he was still with fiancé Lindsay Hubbard, he told her of his vision for a mocktail bar. And she shut that idea down with a quickness. But he kept with it, and the rest of the Summer House crew remained positive and supported him throughout his journey.
Recently, Carl had a soft launch for Soft Bar + Cafe and described the vibe. He said, “We wanted to build a spot where the drinks are high-quality and intentionally crafted, the vibe feels good, and people can connect without alcohol. At the end of the day, it’s about bringing people together and celebrating great flavors.”
And his castmate, Ciara, gave two thumbs up on the flavors. Bravo’s The Daily Dish reported that she stopped by the newly opened hot spot and gave her feedback.
Ciara posted on Instagram, “Yes! So proud of @carlradke. If I had to make one suggestion I would put a photo of myself in there, but it’s a new establishment so we’re just getting warmed up! No but seriously the best matcha and drinks, definitely go visit!! @softbarcafe.”
It’s good to see that Ciara and Carl are still friends. There was an awkward moment during Season 9, Episode 12, when Carl shoot his shot with her. Ciara shut him down but stayed positive, just like with her review of Carl’s Soft Bar. She told Carl with a smile, “What’s meant to be will be.”
