- Mauricio Umansky speaks with PEOPLE exclusively about his “hot and sexy” campaign with ARI as the newest face of the lifestyle brand

Mauricio Umansky just dropped photos hotter than his real estate listings.
The Agency founder, 54, flexed his fashion-forward style (and visibly toned abs!) in a series of new “hot and sexy” photos as the new face of ARI for the lifestyle brand’s highly anticipated 2026 campaign.
Picture this: Umansky looks into the camera dead on while standing with his hands in his pockets as mysterious arms off camera rip off the black button-up shirt and matching jacket from his body, exposing his figure underneath.

“Isn’t it sometimes better for people to be wondering whose hands they are?” he tells PEOPLE exclusively in reference to
that photo snapped for the campaign, which intertwines his modern, confident style and ARI’s signature elevated, tailored menswear.
While Umansky teased that the unidentified hands “have to be a mystery” as they stripped the clothes from his body, he wore his relationship status on his sleeve: “I am single.”
That’s why the Bravo star isn’t afraid to “have fun” with the steamy campaign that launched on Tuesday, Nov. 18, which comes approximately two years after his split from wife Kyle Richards went public in July 2023, following 27 years of marriage.

“How long have I been separated? Two years, two and a half years, plus or minus. I was not counting — but I’m still in the era of being single,” he says, clarifying, “I’m alone. I’m single. I’m dating. I guess that’s my era.”
Umansky, who considers himself “a fashion-forward guy” who doubles as “an extremely busy man,” is aware of his looks and vibes showcased through his collaboration with ARI founder and designer Moshe Ben-Ari — and he’s also aware of what he’s not.
“I’m in my 50s, so I’m not trying to be a 20-year-old sexy man,” he emphasizes of his photo shoot. “But it’s edgy and sexy… I’ve got a high heel in my face with a leg! I’ve got two girls, one pouring me a drink and one lighting my cigar. It definitely has some lifestyle, and it has some edge.”

He adds, “I’ve got the shirt unbuttoned and some of them showing off my entire Dancing with the Stars body!”
Umansky made clear that the partnership happened “organically” as a longtime fan of the 2001-founded company with flagship locations in SoHo, Miami and Beverly Hills, Calif.
Its boutiques are beyond retail spaces, rather social clubs where clients can relax, drink and shop to vibey music.
Timeless, classic pieces tailored to perfection are Ben-Ari’s design philosophy. Craftsmanship and quality materials are at the heart of ARI’s identity, with each garment constructed in Italy from the finest leathers, fabrics and yarns.
“I really just loved the way it made me look. I loved the way it made me feel. I love the materials. I love that it’s super high quality, but it’s not super expensive,” he shares, adding, “I really fell in love with the brand.”
So, Umansky dresses well, he’s the face of a sexy campaign and he’s single? One glimpse at the photo shoot will likely have hopeful suitors attempting to shoot their shot — but as for whether his DMs are open?
Well, he didn’t deny.

“I’m used to it between all of whatever we’ve done, 15 seasons of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills… Dancing with the Stars
, all of that stuff, so I’m certainly used to it,” he jokes of social media users slipping him private messages.
“I’m not a guy that flocks to the DMs,” he reveals. “They’re there. People can send them, but I can’t guarantee you I’m going to look at it or respond.”
Umansky teases, “Keep them guessing!”
The real estate broker is also a father of four daughters whom he shares with Richards: Alexia Simone, 29, Sophia Kylie, 25, and Portia Umansky, 17 and Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, 37 (Farrah’s dad is Guraish Aldjufrie, to whom Richards was married from 1988 to 1992).
“One of the great things about my daughters is I have such an open relationship with them and such a friendship,” he tells PEOPLE. “We’re just super straight up. One of the things that they’ve always said to me is that they really appreciate just honesty and just being real about everything.”
That includes their thoughts on his steamy ARI campaign, which he exposed word-for-word to share their unfiltered opinions. He didn’t hold back on Richards’ thoughts, either.
“I texted the whole fam chat. I’m still on the fam chat. We’re still super good friends. We’re all there. I’ll look and I’ll tell you exactly what [Kyle] said. Let’s look here,” he says, scrolling back in his phone on the call. “Our fam chat’s off the charts, so I got to go back quite a bit.”
“Kyle said, ‘These are great. You look amazing.’ Alexia said, ‘Super handsome.’ Farrah said, ‘Oh wow, looking great.” Then Kyle said, ‘That one’s the best.’ That’s the one of me taking a sip of the whiskey holding a cigar in all black. That one was her favorite,” he shares.
“Then Farrah said, ‘Ooh, that one is super cool,’ to the same photo,” he adds. “So yeah, super supportive.”
Since the campaign launched just a few weeks away from Thanksgiving, Umansky reflects on his life and the love surrounding him at this time.
“I’m just thankful for the relationship that I have with my family, with my kids. I’m thankful that I’m super happy right now. I’m super healthy,” he shares.
“We’re living in a difficult world all the way around with a lot of hatred, Umansky adds, concluding, “I’m just thankful that I’ve got a lot of love around me.”
